The Meteor Sorceress has been one of the hottest Character builds to start your journey into the world of Diablo 2. With very little item investment, the Meteor Sorceress is capable of destroying some of the most popular farming spots. With a decent Faster Cast Rate Breakpoint and the use of the Skill Teleport, you can get to these bosses in no time. The Meteor Sorceress, also known as the Fire Sorc or Fireball Sorc, can be somewhat difficult to pilot with low survivability in some stages, but is unrivaled as one of the best Ladder Starters.
Between Meteor and Fire Ball the Fire Sorceress' raw damage is very impressive. Unfortunately it can be shut down by the large amount of Fire Immunes throughout the game. The combination of Static Field and your Mercenary, are a good way to take some of these monsters out.
This build guide assumes you have a Character at Level 75 before transitioning to it. Check out our Sorceress Leveling Guide and our General Leveling Strategies to reach Level 75.
